High Peak Sportswear has provided a variety of services to meet the needs of its corporate customers. From product production to inventory maintenance and fulfillment we have the experience and the accuracy rate necessary to provide the services our customers expect.
• Experience: One of our customers is an on-line retail store with annual sales in excess of $100,000 and shipments in excess of 100 packages per day during peak seasons. Another of our customers is a major national catalog marketer of fashion apparel with whom we have a partnership to provide embroidered logo items to corporations throughout the United States.
• Catalog services: On-line catalog development services are available. An on-line catalog provides great flexibility in the addition of new items. It also provides instant status of availability of items and shipping information. The site would accept credit cards for payment via a secure server and would also accept purchase orders. In addition, a printable order form would be available for orders to be mailed or faxed to High Peak. The on-line catalog could be supplemented with paycheck inserts, flyers for distribution your facilities and through information in company publications.
• High quality, secure space: High Peak Sportswear owns a completely renovated 50,000 square foot office, warehouse and production facility on Main Street in Lynchburg. In the most recent renovation, 3,000 square feet of previously unutilized storage space was converted to high quality warehouse space for fulfillment operations.
• Presently owned merchandise will be accepted for inclusion into inventory at no cost to our customers other than transport and inventory verification.
• Insurance coverage: High Peak Sportswear maintains insurance on all items housed at its facilities.
• Inventory reports: Accurate inventory reports are available on your schedule.
